Rethink Bottled Water

The EPA Says 1/3 of Bottled Water is Contaminated!

Some of the contaminants include:

  • Bacteria

  • Carcinogens

  • Trihalomenthanes

  • Arsenic

  • Phthalate

  • Chemicals

  • MTBE

  • Nitrates

  • Nitrites

Bottled water is not only contaminated, but bottled water bottles are also polluting the ocean.

Plastic water bottle pollution is worse than you think!

Americans buy 29 billion water bottles a year. For every six bottles people buy, only one is recycled. That leads to a big problem given the fact that water bottles do not biodegrade, but rather photodegrade. This means that it takes at least up to 1,000 years for every single bottle to decompose, leaking pollutants into our soil and water along the way.

This means that fish, mammals, birds are dying. By the year 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish.

​

If you'd like to stop the problem, think about a whole house water filtration system for clean, purified water.
